Hafiz Saeed, the Chief of Jamaat-ud-Dawa advised to Pakistan "Fight a war at all costs if New Delhi is not prepared to hold talks." Saeed said in an interview with a telivision channel. He also said people of pakistan should go to Kashmir for "Jihad" against India, he also added there is no doubt in his mind that this should be done.
Can't we stop the talks with Pakistan Govt ? It is also surprising we are talking with Pakistani civilian officers. We also know who is powerfull in pakistan is it ? Civilian officers or the Army Officers.
