YOG MEANS COMMUNICATION WITH THE GOD

The word yoga comes from sanskrit root "YUJ" which "to join" by the practice of yoga the individual soul(Jivatma) is united with the supreme soul(Parmatma). Yoga means union with the God. Yoga frees you from the sansarik wheel of birth and death.
